BACKGROUND

Polarised light microscopy THEORY + microscopy
Process of utilising it & Rachel discovered it
Stunning images with vivid colours that shifted when the bubbles popped and moved. The result is a vivid array of textural and unfamiliar streaks of light, shadow and refracted patterns. The shapes of other bubbles are reflected, amplified and diminished like small lenses.

PITCH DECKs
Start-up: Charlie
Background
Charlie is a software developed from PhD research over several years. This pitch deck has been used in previous funding rounds to explain not only the technology but also the business case in greater detail.
Aim
​
The objective was to create a cohesive pitch deck that clearly and quickly created a visual aid to a verbal presentation.
​
Method
​
The colour scheme used a vibrant background that could be customised and was still consistent across each slide, with additional visual features in white alongside text to ensure it was easy to read. I used Adobe illustrator and Google Slides.
​
Outcome
​
A simple and engaging pitch deck that tells the story of the technology - from inception, development and functionality. The business case is then delved into making it easy to understand complex ideas.
